Enjoy this fabulously delicious classic bundt cake filled with Orange Zest and baked with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  A great tea-cake to be had for both dessert and breakfast as well! After the cake comes out of the oven and cools (and smells up the kitchen of oranges...mmmmm!) we put a nice dusting of confectioners sugar atop of the cake which adds to the aesthetics as well as taste of this hidden gem of a bundt cake.
